QTJ4-26 electric block making machine is a newly-developed full-automatic brick molding machine upgraded from QTJ4-26C model. It adopts four guide pillars with automatic mould pulling design and integrates electric and pneumatic configuration, fitted with two powerful vibration motors.
The machine applies bottom directional vibration together with upper mould compression vibration, greatly lifting overall production efficiency. Such dual vibration structure enables raw materials to fill evenly inside moulds, making finished blocks feature uniform density and remarkable compression strength.
Vertical movable moulds realize vertical direct vibration, cooperating with upper mould pressing vibration for stable brick forming quality. This electric-type brick machine supports automatic mould movement, which cuts manual operation and lowers labor cost effectively.
Constructed with sturdy thick steel framework and anti-rust paint finish, the machine runs steadily with low failure rate and long service lifespan. Various interchangeable moulds are available to produce hollow blocks, solid bricks and interlocking paving bricks for construction projects.
